Società Agricola Val Testa commands 1.5 hectares of vineyard in Argenta, where Lambrusco Maestri—a territorial rarity—is vinified in purity alongside white varieties under organic certification. The vines, planted in 2019, reflect the estate's evolution from a family vegetable operation into a multi-crop enterprise. Their olives and Bosco Eliceo DOC reds complement vegetables grown across greenhouse and open fields, each product calibrated to honor soil and season. Three generations, from Natale to Vito and his sons, have built a working farm that refuses monoculture.
