At the heart of Albenga's medieval walls, Sommariva operates a mill that has processed Taggiasca olives for four generations—over a century of continuous craft. The family's mill produces estate extra virgin oil from terraced Ligurian coastal groves, alongside pesto, cured olives, and anchovy cream. Beyond production, Sommariva opens its doors to visitors and hosts a museum dedicated to olive culture, inviting guests to taste both oil and the history that shaped it.
