Soria Angelo, Soria Bruno, and Soria Eugenio operate within the Asti DOCG zone, where fifty-one municipalities provide the terroir for their sparkling and white wine production. Working with Moscato bianco and complementary aromatic white varieties native to Piemonte, the house crafts Asti in three expressions: spumante, spumante metodo classico, and still white. Their wines meet the region's minimum alcohol threshold of 11.5% and undergo at least one month of aging before release, a foundation that allows the delicate fruit and floral character of the grapes to develop.
