Spagnol Col del Sas

Spagnol Col del Sas traces its roots to great-grandfather Serafino's vineyards in the early 1900s, evolving from cultivation alone to full production by 1986. Today, the family works 36 hectares across the Conegliano Valdobbiadene slopes, where hillside plots yield superior Prosecco from estate-grown Glera and heritage varieties. Their spumanti—refermented in bottle on the lees—are born entirely from vineyard fruit they control, preserving the UNESCO-recognized landscape's terroir through careful, integrated viticulture.
