Speranza Marco

In the hills above Pescara, Marco Speranza tends olives in Rosciano, one of 46 municipalities that define the Aprutino Pescarese DOP zone. His extra virgin bears the signature of these high-altitude slopes: a delicate green-to-yellow hue with herbaceous undertones and restrained fruitiness. Each harvest captures the terroir where Adriatic air meets limestone soils, yielding an oil balanced between minerality and gentle vegetable notes that complements both raw vegetables and grilled fish.
