Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva and Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva both demand 18 months of aging before release, building mineral tension and structure that distinguish mature Verdicchio. She also works with Montepulciano and Sangiovese for Cònero, where two decades of wood define the final profile. In the three municipalities of Serrapetrona, her Vernaccia nera becomes spumante—a technically precise move in one of central Italy's most specialized zones.
