Tenuta Baroni del Mestri traces its roots to 1651, when Baron Luca del Mestri commissioned the stone-vaulted cantina that still anchors the estate in Cormons. The original structure's thick sandstone walls and partially subterranean design maintain stable temperatures throughout the year—a foundation for precision winemaking. Today, three generations of the Cramer family tend the vineyard and cellar, crafting Collio Goriziano whites from indigenous varieties including Friulano, Ribolla gialla, and Pinot grigio, alongside aromatic Traminer and Riesling.
