TENUTA BELLAFONTE

Tenuta Bellafonte produces Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, the austere red that defines Umbrian terroir. The estate works with Sagrantino grapes across the five municipalities of the protected zone, crafting wines of structured intensity: dry rosso and concentrated passito expressions both demand minimum 13.0% alcohol and 37 months' aging in barrel or bottle. Each release reflects the variety's signature tannin profile and mineral spine, unyielding in youth, revelatory with time.
