Tenuta del Garino crafts sparkling wines under the Alta Langa DOCG, a designation spanning 148 municipalities across Piedmont's rolling hills. Working with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay as primary grapes, the estate produces both traditional spumante and rosato expressions. Each bottle spends a minimum of 30 months aging in bottle, a patient discipline that builds complexity and fine perlage. At 11.5% alcohol minimum, these are wines of restraint and elegance, built for the table rather than display.
