Tenuta il Sogno produces three of Piedmont's most distinctive DOCG wines across the Monferrato hills. Its Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato showcases the rare indigenous Ruchè grape, vinified as a fresh rosso minimum 12.5% alcohol in one of Monferrato's seven core municipalities. The estate also works with Arneis and Nebbiolo from the eleven-commune Terre Alfieri zone, and extends into the broader Barbera d'Asti DOCG, where law demands four months' aging. A producer rooted in three complementary terroirs.
