The estate produces metodo classico sparkling wines under the Calvi brothers' stewardship, crafting brut expressions from Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Bianco. Every bottle endures a minimum 15-month aging on its lees, developing the complexity and finesse expected of traditional-method wines. Both still and rosé versions emerge from their commitment to the DOCG's rigorous standards.
