After 19 years of studying the estate's microclimate—marked by forest scents, cracked soils, and surrounding olives—the producer has concentrated on Sangiovese expression within the Morellino di Scansano DOCG framework. The wines capture the territorial complexity of this seven-municipality zone, where Sangiovese and complementary black grape varieties ripen to minimum 12.5% alcohol in conditions shaped by proximity to the sea.
