Tenuta Santa Cecilia

Tenuta Santa Cecilia works the volcanic clay soils of San Lazzaro di Savena, in the Colli Bolognesi zone where Grechetto gentile thrives. The estate crafts Pignoletto across three expressions—still, frizzante, and spumante—each capturing the mineral definition of the chalky hills south of Bologna. At minimum 11.5% alcohol, these whites balance acidity with the subtle stone-fruit character that has made the zone a reference point for northern Italian white wine.
