Tenuta Santo Spirito

In the heart of Ragusa's wine country, Tenuta Santo Spirito produces Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, the only red DOCG in Sicily. This distinctive wine marries Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes across the 14 municipalities of its protected zone, aged for at least eight months to develop complexity. At minimum 12.5% alcohol, it captures the mineral character of Vittoria's limestone soils and the intensity of the Sicilian sun. The estate also honours its landscape through extra virgin olive oil from the Monti Iblei DOP, where medium-to-intense green fruity notes and hints of green tomato define the harvest.
