Tenuta Uccellina has pursued Romagna's authentic vineyard expression since 1985, beginning with Sangiovese and Albana on hillside plots within the Vena del Gesso Romagnola park. Founder Alberto Rusticali's commitment to regional heritage expanded the estate's repertoire to include Uva Longanesi and Famoso—historic local varieties now cultivated across both elevated terrain near Brisighella and the plains around Russi, where the recently renovated cellar stands. Visitors discover how field-to-cellar philosophy minimizes intervention, letting traditional grapes speak without excess.
