In the hills of Casalduni, Terra di Briganti works Aglianico vines on slopes that naturally limit yields, concentrating the character of grapes destined for Aglianico del Taburno DOCG. The family-run estate harvests entirely by hand and ferments only with indigenous yeasts—a discipline that requires neither additives nor outside intervention. The 24-month aging cycle allows the wine to develop the minerality and structure demanded by the denomination's 12% minimum alcohol threshold, revealing what the producer calls the vitalità of the place itself.
