Terre Carsiche

Since 1939, Terre Carsiche has cultivated Primitivo, Montepulciano, and Negroamaro across the limestone plateaus of Castellana Grotte. The winery manages production from vine to bottle, ensuring each wine reflects the mineral character and warmth of Gioia del Colle DOC terroir. Visitors to the estate encounter both the rolling vineyard landscape and the dramatic geology beneath—the deep karst formations that shape the region's identity. Rossi, rosati, and bianchi express the layered complexity of Puglian viticulture, all above 11.5% alcohol.
