Terre del Cesanese operates in Piglio, at the heart of the Cesanese del Piglio DOCG zone that spans five Lazio municipalities. The producer works with Cesanese di Affile and Cesanese comune grapes, two indigenous varieties demanding precise handling to reveal their character. Each red wine undergoes minimum four-month aging before release, extracting depth from the volcanic soils and continental climate that define this appellation's signature structure.
