Terre di Giurfo works the volcanic soils of Licodia Eubea in southeastern Sicily, where the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG takes shape from Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes. The winery's reds spend a minimum of eight months in aging, extracting depth from two native varieties that thrive in this corner of Catania province. Located within the fourteen-municipality zone, Terre di Giurfo channels the limestone and mineral character of its terroir into wines that meet the appellation's 12.5% alcohol floor.
