Terre di Perseto works the volcanic and clay-rich soils of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, where Sangiovese reaches its expressive potential under the Chianti Classico DOCG. The winery draws on Tuscany's approved red grape varieties to craft wines of structure and precision, each bottled at a minimum 12% alcohol.
