Toniolo Vanni

In the volcanic hills of Galzignano Terme, Toniolo Vanni cultivates Moscato giallo and aromatic white varieties suited to Padova's terroir. The producer specializes in Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG, a 17-municipality zone where basaltic soil shapes distinctive wines. Toniolo crafts three distinct expressions: dry whites that capture mineral precision, spumante that transforms the Moscato's floral character into effervescence, and passito wines where noble rot concentrates aromatics. At minimum 10.5% alcohol, each style reflects the Euganei's microclimate and the grower's focus on the aromatic potential inherent to these white grapes.
