Franco Fiori's Torrazzetta is rooted in Oltrepò Pavese, where metodo classico sparkling wine emerges from Pinot nero, Chardonnay, and white Pinot varieties across forty-one municipalities. Each vintage rests a minimum of fifteen months on the lees, building the complexity and fine bubbles that define the region's bottle-fermented tradition. The house crafts both classic spumante and rosé expressions, each bottled at 11.5% alcohol or above, pursuing the precision this demanding method requires.
