Torrevilla Viticoltori Associati is a cooperative winery producing Oltrepò Pavese metodo classico DOCG, the Lombard benchmark for bottle-fermented sparkling wines across 41 municipalities. Drawing on Pinot nero, Chardonnay, and white Pinot varieties, the collective crafts both spumante and spumante rosé through traditional methods, with each release aged for a minimum of 15 months. The cooperative structure reflects a shared commitment to the region's distinctive terroir and the rigorous standards that define metodo classico quality.
