Tre Secoli S.C.A. produces Asti DOCG across the 51-municipality zone, drawing from Piedmont's Moscato bianco and aromatic white grape varieties. The winery crafts three distinct expressions—still whites, spumante, and the refined metodo classico—each aged a minimum of one month to preserve the delicate floral character that defines the appellation.
