Daniele Turato works within the Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG, a designation spanning 17 municipalities in the Padova hills. His production centers on Moscato giallo, the indigenous aromatic white variety that defines the zone, crafting three distinct expressions: still whites, sparkling wines, and rich passitos that develop complexity through selective harvesting. Each bottling must reach a minimum 10.5% alcohol, establishing a baseline of ripeness and structure that underpins the denomination's character.
