Uberti

Uberti's vineyard in Erbusco spans the glacial moraine landscape that defines Franciacorta, where Chardonnay, Pinot nero, and Pinot bianco thrive in soils shaped by ancient ice. The estate pursues spumante and rosato expressions with an 18-month minimum aging regimen, allowing secondary fermentation to develop complexity within their DOCG framework. Silvia and Francesca Uberti, who joined operations in the 2000s, have refined the family's approach by weaving environmental stewardship into every vintage, making terroir expression and ecological care inseparable.
