Founded by Ugo in the early 1960s, this San Marzano Oliveto estate is now run by brothers Simone and Luca, who divide labour between vineyard and cellar with precision. An enologist by training, Luca directs production across three DOCG zones: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, Terre Alfieri, and Barbera d'Asti. The winery welcomes visitors to witness how meticulous grape selection and minimal-intervention winemaking unlock the territory's subtle expressions. What began as family stewardship has become an exercise in terroir articulation.
