Val Serra Azienda Agricola works across three Piedmont appellations defined by distinct terroirs and grape varieties. The estate produces Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, a rare red from the Ruchè grape native to a compact seven-municipality zone, alongside Barbera d'Asti DOCG—aged a minimum of four months—and the white and red expressions of Terre Alfieri DOCG, which spans eleven municipalities. This range reflects the geological and varietal diversity of the Monferrato and Astiano regions, with each wine shaped by its designated origins and minimum alcohol thresholds that ensure structure and depth.
