Vasco Sassetti

Vasco Sassetti, established in Montalcino in 1900, has expanded from four hectares to 20 across Montalcino and Castelnuovo dell'Abate. The winery crafts Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from Sangiovese grapes, observing the mandatory 48-month aging that defines the zone's exacting standards. Beyond Brunello, refined IGT wines from Montenero vines showcase the estate's versatility. The producer also pursues oil, grappa, and cured meats, anchoring itself as a multi-product guardian of Tuscan craft.
