Vecchia Alice Cantina Sociale produces Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG, the delicate red wines and sparklings from a 26-municipality zone in Piedmont. Working with Brachetto grapes and complementary regional varieties, the cooperative crafts three distinct styles: a still red, an effervescent spumante, and a concentrated passito. Each expression reaches minimum 11.5% alcohol while preserving the varietal's signature perfumed profile—balancing brightness with subtle complexity across the house's three denominations.
