Arturo Vettori pursues a philosophy of seasonal rhythm: minimal intervention in the vineyard, then deliberate fermentation timed by natural progression rather than mechanical schedule. The Prosecco that emerges carries distinctive personality—pale straw in hue, with apple and acacia blossom on the nose, dry and pleasantly tart on the palate. Fine, persistent bubbles frame an aperitivo of genuine character.
