Vidussi

Vidussi tends three of Friuli-Venezia Giulia's most exacting white-wine territories from its base in Premariacco. The producer works Verduzzo Friulano across the steep, limestone-rich slopes of Ramandolo DOCG—a zone confined to just two municipalities—coaxing the varietal's honeyed depth into sweet whites that demand 14% alcohol minimum. In Rosazzo and Colli Orientali del Friuli, Vidussi cultivates Friulano, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, and the rare Picolit, bottling both still and passito expressions that anchor the region's reputation for rigorous site expression.
