VIETTO Az. Agr. s.s.a

VIETTO works the hillsides of Novello to capture the essence of four prestigious denominations. Their Barbaresco and Barolo, built from Nebbiolo, demand patience—26 and 38 months of aging respectively—to unfold the structure these wines demand. Complementing this are two Dolcetto expressions: the focused Dogliani across 21 municipalities and the more concentrated Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba. Each bottling reflects the Cuneo terroir's mineral depth and temporal discipline.
