Vigna del Gal stands within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone, where the DOCG designation protects a strict production codex for Prosecco. The producer works with Glera, the grape that defines the region's character, alongside Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga—a biodiversity that allows layered expression across brut, frizzante, and spumante styles. Each bottling reflects the terroir's mineral demands: alcohol remains restrained at a minimum of 10.5%, letting acidity and delicate aromatics lead.
