The producer works across the fourteen municipalities of the zone, drawing from the region's volcanic soils and the Hyblaean plateau's diurnal temperature swings. Each vintage demands a minimum eight-month maturation to achieve the aromatic balance and structural depth that characterizes Cerasuolo—a wine format where restraint and complexity converge at 12.5% alcohol.
