Since 1949, Vignaiole Prever has tended vineyards on the morenic soils near Turin, where the Sacra di San Michele rises above the rows. Working directly with their vines, the winery produces three DOCG wines—Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, Terre Alfieri, and Barbera d'Asti—across three distinct zones that span Piedmont's prime territory.
