Vigne Matte traces its roots to the UNESCO-inscribed hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, where Glera vines thrive on slopes that defy convention. The producer's name reflects a defiant spirit: "matte" denotes vines that grew wild where cultivation seemed impossible, now harnessed into Prosecco Superiore DOCG of vivid straw-yellow hue and delicate, persistent perlage. Their selection favours the finest Glera fruit, yielding wines of minerality and structure—marked by orchard notes of apple, pear, and peach—that transform the house red into an instrument for conviviality.
