Vigne Sannite – Cecas SRL operates in the heart of Benevento's Taburno zone, where volcanic soils and continental climate shape Aglianico into wines of structure and depth. The winery works across the appellation's thirteen municipalities, drawing on indigenous black-skinned varieties and complementary grapes suited to Campania's terroir. Its reds and rosés require a minimum of two years maturation, building complexity that reflects both grape character and the demanding standards of DOCG classification.
