Vinanti operates in Chiaramonte Gulfi, a hilltop municipality at the heart of southeastern Sicily's Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG zone. The producer specializes in the historic blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato—two grapes that define the denomination's character across its fourteen municipalities. Each vintage undergoes a minimum of eight months' aging, a commitment that anchors Vinanti's approach to balancing the powerful dark fruit of Nero d'Avola with Frappato's bright acidity and spice. The resulting rosso wines embody the mineral soils and Mediterranean climate that give the region its distinctive profile.
