In the volcanic foothills south of Padua, Vini De Santi maintains a focused production of Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG, the region's signature aromatic white. Based in Vo', the house works with Moscato giallo and complementary white varieties suited to Padua's terroir, crafting still wines, spumanti, and concentrated passito versions—each anchored by the Moscato's perfumed character and the minimum 10.5% alcohol that defines the denomination's profile.
