The producer crafts Recioto di Soave DOCG—a passito and spumante offering built on Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes—where extended ripening and careful selection unlock complex aromatics above the mandatory 12% alcohol threshold. Simultaneously, Soave Superiore DOCG brings precision to the classic white template, blending Garganega with Trebbiano di Soave and Chardonnay across the zone's twelve municipalities. Each wine reflects the specific terroir and production standards that define Verona's most celebrated white wine geography.
