Vitale Salvatore

Salvatore Vitale tends the Femminello lemon orchards of Syracuse's protected zone, where ten municipalities share the same maritime climate and limestone terroir. His fruit carries the denomination Limone di Siracusa IGP—a designation earned by the variety's natural acidity and density. Vitale manages three seasonal harvests: Primofiore in autumn, Bianchetto in winter, and Verdello in late spring. Each arrives at peak ripeness, suited to different uses in kitchen and bar.
