Zambon commands the volcanic terroirs of Verona's white-wine heartland, where Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave define two of Italy's most exacting expressions: Recioto in its concentrated passito form and Soave Superiore in its mineral-driven stillness. Spanning twelve municipalities across the designated zone, the producer also navigates the broader Lessini Durello and Monti Lessini appellations, crafting sparkling and dry whites from Durella and Pinot varieties that reflect the Lessini foothills' limestone heritage.
