Zanuso Giovanni operates from Vo' in the Colli Euganei, where volcanic soils and hillside elevation shape aromatic white wines under the Fior d'Arancio DOCG designation. The estate draws on Moscato giallo and complementary regional varieties to craft still whites, sparkling, and passito expressions—each capturing the mineral character and floral intensity that define this Paduan terroir. Minimum alcohol of 10.5% allows freshness and restraint to anchor the wine's natural aromatic profile.
