Romagna Albana DOCG

Zavalloni carries six generations of winemaking heritage across 11 hectares on the Madonna dell'Olivo hills near Cesena. Since the mid-1800s, the family has tended Albana and complementary white varietals in Romagna's distinctive microclimate, where proximity to the sea keeps grapes crisp while infusing wines with aromatic notes of thyme and marjoram. Today, hand-cultivated vineyards meet contemporary vinification technology, producing Romagna Albana DOCG in both dry and passito styles—wines that speak to terroir rather than trend.
