Aldegheri

Active since 1956 in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, Aldegheri focuses on a single denomination, the Bardolino Superiore DOCG, transforming Corvina and Rondinella into a red wine from indigenous grapes of the Veronese side of Lake Garda. This family-run estate has made generational continuity its method: vineyard selection and fermentation control pass from hand to hand, always within the confines of a single protected territory. The twelve months of aging required by the denomination are the time during which these wines build their mineral structure, without pursuing concentration but rather seeking balance and elegance. The choice to focus on a single origin allows for a deep understanding and mastery of it, vintage after vintage.
