Nocciola del Piemonte IGP

On the slopes of Lequio Berria, in the Alto Langa, Papa dei Boschi cultivates Nocciola del Piemonte IGP at an altitude of seven hundred meters, where the elevation and soil type concentrate the flavor of the Tonda Gentile cultivar. Over three generations, the Noè family has perfected a protocol that follows the fruit from harvest to table, without outsourcing any steps. The choice to process exclusively their own production is not a claim of scale but of control: only in this way can the subspherical shape and extraordinary peelability that distinguish this hazelnut be preserved. Each certified fruit thus becomes an interpretation of a precise hilly landscape, where the high-altitude climate and the soils of the Alto Langa leave a recognizable imprint. In a sector often dominated by large volumes, the company defends a single denomination as a measure of quality rather than quantity, linking the name to its place of production and making the short supply chain the guarantee of what arrives on the table.
