Azienda Agricola Callegari Roberto

At the foot of Montello, in Nervesa della Battaglia in the Treviso area, Callegari Roberto has been working for three generations across two distinct denominations. Asolo Prosecco DOCG covers the spectrum from dry white to sparkling wine, while Montello Rosso DOCG offers a structured red, aged for at least eighteen months. The range brings together two opposing souls of the territory: the aromatic lightness of hillside Prosecco and the body of the area's red grape varieties, united by consistent quality throughout the entire production. The long aging of the red wine signifies a commitment to imparting weight and longevity alongside the freshness of the white. The winery is open on weekdays and Saturday mornings: a tangible opportunity to taste, in the same place, the sparkling elegance of Asolo and the structure of Montello Rosso, and to appreciate how two neighboring DOCGs can speak different oenological languages despite originating from the same Treviso hills.
