Azienda Agricola Grossini Alessio

In Suno, on the volcanic soils of the Novara area, Azienda Agricola Grossini Alessio dedicates its work to two of Alto Piemonte's most rigorous denominations. The Gattinara DOCG is born from Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara, requiring thirty-five months of aging before release; the Ghemme DOCG, produced in two municipalities, refines the same varieties to capture the mineral precision of the Novara hills. These wines share a varietal composition but not an identity: the same grape, interpreted by two distinct soils and two different regulations, yields diverse nuances of the same northern Nebbiolo.
