Founded in 1990, when Carlo and his son Natalino converted their livestock business to horticulture, the company in Cadelbosco di Sopra is now managed by three generations: brothers Anselmo, Danilo, and Ernesto, with their respective families, take turns in the fields of the lower Reggiana area. The core of the production is Anguria Reggiana IGP, a fruit of the Citrullus lanatus species that embodies the certified sweetness of the twenty municipalities of the denomination, where the plain's soil and climate impart a pulp with a measured and recognizable sweetness. Around this symbolic product revolve melons, vegetables, and seasonal fruits, which accompany the agricultural work calendar and complete the family farm's offering. The continuity between generations here is not a nostalgic reference, but the practical condition of a craft passed down gesture by gesture, season after season.
